Khousheh Fars Flour mills

KFF Mills (Khousheh Fars Flour mills – Private Joint Stock) was established in 1972 in an area of 33,000 square meters of land and has officially started the initial production of 80 tons of flour per day in 1975. In order to increase the production capacity, KFF Mills has installed modern and cutting edge machineries and equipment in various stages.The annual production capacity has now reached over 120,000 tons of wheat. Furthermore, with new expansion project took place in 2012 the production capacity reached 220,000 tons annually. KFF Mills has the capacity of storing of 120,000 tons of wheat in its mechanized storage system with automatic feeding to the mill .

In 1981 KFF Mills established a state of art laboratory to meet the quality standards. Moreover, in 1989 KFF Mills was among very first millers in obtaining the national standards for its products. KFF Mills has strategized on quality products, customer satisfaction and team value which have earned the following awards with the following titles:

SOME PRODUCTS

SEMOLINA FLOUR

This flour is for continuous line of pasta producers and fully extracted from durum wheat with very high gluten and protein. The granulation sits between 90/200 micron and below 125 is adjustable based on customer’s order which ensures the right coloring and taste in producing pasta. Due to high gluten and right coloring there is no need for additives. In addition, this flour is suitable for pizza crust.

Semolina Flour

PASTA FLOUR

his flour is ideal for small pasta producers, made from blend of hard wheat and durum wheat with high gluten and protein. The granulation is adjustable based on customer’s order and requirements. It is also used for home made fresh pasta. Ash: between 0.47% – 0.57%

Pasta Flour

Pastry & Cake Flour

This Flour is made from low protein wheat; one characteristic of this flour is white color and soft texture. It is best used for puffed pastries, hard or soft rolls, donuts and croissants. This product based on customer’s order and requirements could be mixed with special additives which are in accordance with European standards improving the texture and shelf life of the final product. Ash: between 0.50% – 0.58%

Semolina Flour

Nugget Flour

This flour is made from low protein wheat, the characteristics of this flour is white color and very soft granulation. This product is used for chicken, fish and shrimps nuggets and based on customer’s order and requirements the granulation is adjustable. Ash: between 0.50% – 0.55%

Pasta Flour

Rusk Flour

This flour is made from medium protein wheat. One characteristic of this product is coarse granulation. This flour is ideal for roasting of chicken, fish and shrimps and based on customer’s order and requirements the granulation is adjustable. This product comes in two types, fine and coarse Rusk flour. Ash: less than 1.13%

Rusk Flour

Kentucky Flour

This flour is made from medium protein wheat, the characteristics of this four is light color and soft texture. This product is ideal for adding crust to chicken, fish and shrimps. Based on customer’s order and requirements the recipe includes spicy and lemon. This flour comes in two types fine and coarse. Ash: between 0.50% – 0.57%

Rusk Flour

Danish pastry Flour

The characteristic of this flour is soft texture and high gluten which is mixed with improver exclusively made in France. In addition, this flour provides the best quality on product’s texture and minimizes oil usage. Ash: between 0.50% – 0.57%
